Refund Policy

AiClipy operates on a monthly subscription model. Each plan includes a set number of video exports per month that resets each billing cycle.

Starter: 100 videos/month ($15) · Pro: 250 videos/month ($30)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase
• You have not used more than 50% of your monthly video limit
• This is your first refund request (one refund per customer)

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email address
3. Provide your transaction ID or purchase date
4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Beyond the 14-day window, we may also consider refunds in the following cases:

• Technical issues on our end that prevent you from using your subscription
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
• Service outages lasting more than 24 hours

In these cases, please contact support with details of the issue.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

• Keep access until the end of your billing period
• No cancellation fees or hidden charges
• Resubscribe anytime if you change your mind
