By accessing and using AiClipy ("the Service"), operated at aiclipy.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

By using our TikTok integration, you agree to:

• TikTok's Terms of Service
• TikTok's Developer Terms of Service
• TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation
• TikTok's Community Guidelines

When posting to TikTok through our service:

• You authorize us to access your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0 for video publishing
• You are responsible for all content posted via our service to your TikTok account
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You grant us permission to access your TikTok account solely for posting functionality
• You can revoke access at any time from your Dashboard or TikTok's app settings

Branded Content:

• If posting branded/sponsored content, you must enable the content disclosure toggle
• You agree to TikTok's Branded Content Policy when posting paid partnerships

TikTok Branding Compliance:

• We comply with TikTok's Brand Guidelines
• We do not use TikTok logos, icons, or branding without authorization
• We do not misrepresent our service as being part of TikTok
• We will update our integration promptly when TikTok deprecates or updates APIs

When posting videos with music to TikTok:

• You confirm you have the rights to use any music in your videos
• You agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation
• You are responsible for any copyright claims related to music in your content

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Collect, scrape, or harvest TikTok or YouTube data
• Share your access credentials with others
• Post spam, misleading content, or violate TikTok/YouTube Community Guidelines
• Remove watermarks from other creators' content without their consent
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

• You are responsible for all content posted via our service
• You must comply with TikTok's and YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You grant us permission to access your connected accounts for posting functionality only
• You can revoke access at any time from your Dashboard
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Your Content:

• You retain all rights to your original content
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for service delivery
• Exported videos belong entirely to you
• We may delete content that violates these terms

Our Commitment:

• We do NOT claim ownership of your videos
• We do NOT add watermarks or branding to your content
• We do NOT modify your content without your explicit request

Our Content:

• The AiClipy platform, features, and UI are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
• AI-generated features (emojis, subtitles) are licensed to you for use in your content

By using our YouTube integration, you agree to:

• YouTube Terms of Service
• YouTube API Services Developer Policies
• YouTube Branding Guidelines
• Google Privacy Policy

When uploading to YouTube through our service:

• You authorize us to access your YouTube account via OAuth 2.0 for video uploading
• Videos are uploaded to your own YouTube channel only
• You are responsible for all content uploaded via our service to your YouTube account
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You must certify content compliance before each upload
• You can revoke access at any time from your Dashboard or Google Security Settings

Made for Kids Content (COPPA Compliance):

• You must designate content as "Made for Kids" if it is primarily intended for children
• If unsure, you can set this designation on YouTube Studio after upload
• Failure to properly designate Made for Kids content may result in penalties from YouTube

YouTube Branding Compliance (Section 10-11):

• We comply with YouTube Branding Guidelines
• We do not claim partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from YouTube
• We preserve all YouTube/Google copyright notices and attributions
• We do not use YouTube Brand Features except as permitted by the Branding Guidelines

Data Handling (Section 8, 24.3):

• OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
• Upon disconnection, all YouTube API data is deleted within 7 days
• We maintain industry-standard security controls for API data
• We can certify deletion of API data upon YouTube's request

Quota & Usage (Section 15):

• We comply with YouTube API quota limits
• We do not attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Service availability may be affected by quota limitations

Our Service uses Google Drive API to enable video importing:

• You must have a valid Google account to use Google Drive import
• By using this feature, you agree to be bound by the Google Drive Terms of Service
• You authorize us to access your Google Drive via OAuth 2.0 (read-only)
• We only access video files you explicitly select for import
• We do NOT modify, delete, or upload files to your Google Drive
• We store access tokens securely (encrypted) for authentication
• Downloaded videos are processed and stored temporarily (max 7 days)

You can revoke Google Drive access at any time from the app or via Google Security Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI transcription accuracy may vary
• Export quality depends on source video
• We're not liable for data loss (backup your content)
• We are not responsible for TikTok or YouTube account suspensions or bans resulting from content you post
• We are not responsible for content violations by users
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate TikTok's or YouTube's Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Fail to pay for paid services
• Post content that violates community guidelines

You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time
• We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
• The "Last updated" date indicates when terms were last revised
